Feedback please
Ok has this blog become slow for you since I added the counter?
If it has and you can't leave a comment as it is too slow then email me pduxon at yahoo dot com if you don't know my normal address. and stick blog in title!!
Hasn't got slow for me, in fact yours loads quicker than anyones I look at I think, including my own, now that does take ages, because of all the photos I suppose.
Well, as it was me who made the comment about the slow loading, I will say that it seems a bit better with fewer posts on the first page, but when I click April's posts it still has to wait for 90+ items to load. Just took almost 30 seconds to load the whole page. And while this is happening I can't get the comment box to load - just get a white screen.
This is the same at work and home, although just now the comment box appeared while the last item was taking its time to load - neo counter.

April does take a while but not 30 seconds more like 10.
I got EB to check it last night and she was ok.
Definitely neo-counter though that is the culprit. When I took that out you had no problems. Whose your ISP? Did you try firefox?
No didn't try Firefox - will do that tonight. ISP is Plusnet, coincidentally at home and at work.

I use firefox, and I'm on dial up, and I've noticed no issues. I do notice you have a wider clientelle that I though (he says through gritted teeth!)
