The Past and the Future

Archaeologists in Rome believe they have discovered the tomb of St Paul. The Cathedral of St Paul Outside the Wall was long believed to home St Paul's tomb. The sarcophagus is on view for the first time in 1700 years and inscription on the top reads: Paolo Apostolo Martyr - Latin for "Paul Apostle Martyr".

The sarcophagus will be on public view for the foreseeable future but the church is yet to rule out the possibility that one day the interior itself will be opened and examined.

At the otherend of the spectrum NASA has announced plans to build a Lunar Base by 2025. In those heady days of 1968 it was believed a base would be in place by 2001.

Still lets hope they don't find a large black monolith.
