Although the current building dates to the early 1820s the estate has was owned by the Chichester family since the 14th century when the last surviving Raleigh ( a daughter married a Chichester)
The house is not big but quite liveable.

I like the birds who hop down to join you. As well is this Great Tit there was a Coal Tit and a Nuthatch
