Cambridge University Botanic Garden

What a lovely day weather wise. Ok cold and frosty but look at that blue sky! So off to the Cambridge University Botanic Garden

I parked at the park and ride and wandered into town (boosting my step count which has suffered the past two days).

I grabbed a coffee found a bench in the sun and sat for half an hour. Yes it was cold but wrapped up and in the sun very pleasant!

Most of the lake was frozen and the mallards were in the bit still free! 

A few snowdrops out :)

As I headed off a Kingfisher perched in a tree by the brooks that runs down the side. These are STUNNING birds
