Local Wildlife catch-up

I know it's only the 3rd week of June but it doesn't feel a good year. We've had 2 ducklings fledge, a fair few moorhens but less than  before and one set of coots. The split pond has produced nothing (there was a hunting common Tern 150 yards from my house)  and the common pond very little. I suspect this is due to fishing there was none in 2020 and 2021. Fishing seems to have picked up.

There are few butterflies but I am seeing dragonflies.

On a positive note the Moorhens on the Coalport pond are growing.

We have a 6th foal.

The starling was sat on the pony.

Great news about another foal :) I am not seeing many butterflies either or bees! Very worrying.
