Hatfield Broad Oak

I desperately and I mean DESPERATELY needed a new pair of work shoes so that's what I did this morning afterwards I went to Hatfield Broad Oak to view the church.

The church we seem today is half the size it was as from 1133 to 1534 it was attached to the priory church of Hatfield Regis.

These sculptures represent the evangelist Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

The effigy of Robert de Vere Earl of Oxford. I believe this was moved from the priory part of the church.
