A lovely town and church Pete. The tombs do look a bit the worst for wear!
I find the plaques in churches interesting and read the one you posted, he had an amazing career, severely wounded in battle, etc. Then the sad plaque of the 21 year old killed at Normandy. Much respect and honor due to those who defend us.
