Acorn Bank and St Ninian's Church Brougham Ninekirks

Ah sun..... the world looks so much better. A few pics en route. The lakes are amazing!!!







The target church was a bit isolated.... park in a spot on the A66 and walk!! pleasant walk tho!

Acorn Bank. The house is virtually empty and undergoing a lot series of restoration. Lovely garden though!

Lovely to see all the bees, butterflies and hoverflies and oh a Spotted Flycatcher :) Was it in the churchyard? #envious !!

Those fairy doors etc. are delightful :)

the flycatcher was in the woodland walk at Acorn Bank... there were a pair.
