I've been to Anglesey Abbey many times and seasons but I don't think I've shown you it in Autumn. Oh and the man who once said he would never buy a camera was using three!! I wonder if anyone will notice why?
As I left home the sun was shining but as I approached the turn off .... rain! Thankfully it soon cleared up.
The Dahlia's were magnificent.
When I go with Dad I never get to certain parts one of which is Hoe Fen. As I entered the hide it rained!! So I sat and watched the Blue Tits
The Beetroot and Potato soup was rather nice!

These pictures are spectacular. I love that urn with the face. One for the box me thinks.
Lovely pics today... and I agree with OC about the Urn
I like the familiar long row of trees against the dappling of the clouds - the October light is good eh :)
What a great selection Pete.
I love that sweep of Dahlia's in the first.
And are those Birch in the 6th shot?
Looks very ghostly; like a haunted wood.

What a beautiful garden, Pete. Stunning photos and those dahlias are gorgeous.
The birches are quite amazing. They are quite white. Now there is a place to experiment with black and white shots like you often do.
A very nice visit Pete, Some lovely Autumnal colours there and a great collection of Dahlias.
Great variety of photo's Pete.
Love the flower shots, i also agree with anon the Birches would be worth a go in B/W.
