Herr Ludwig Loewe

Regular readers will know I am a "little strange". You've seen all the pictures of Mr Quacks and Clarence the Lion etc.

Well they have twitter accounts and one their friends is a small German Lion called Ludwig Loewe. Ludwig travels the world visiting various people and his tour manager produces a report of each tour. Trish booked him to visit her and this weekend she is up here and we took Ludwig to London to show him the sights!

I appreciate that some of the buildings are a little out of focus but this is all about Ludwig's day.

We were up early !

Ludwig's first tube  journey!

First stop St Paul's cathedral!

Ludwig inspecting the local sculpture!

Red Buses!

He was tempted to phone his family!

Breakfast!

Oscar Wilde

Trafalgar Square

With the Landseer lions

With Tricia's collection!

Ludwig went to Winston's home of Chartwell recently.

With Gandhi

With Nelson Mandela.

At Westminster Abbey.

At the London Eye

Annoyingly Big Ben is in scaffolding.

Ludwig at Horse Guards Parade. There are two regiments of Cavalry who parade there. The Blues and Royals (who are in Blue) and the Life Guards below (in Red)

Not only me!

Horse Guards Parade it was once the home of the British Army

St James Park

Buckingham Palace!

With Eros!

We then went to the Tower of London

disappointingly there were no Beefeaters about.

And finally Tower Bridge

I hope we took Ludwig to most of the places he wanted to see!
