Ferrara's highlight is the castle.

There was once a fine art collection which alas is gone. It would have been amazing in its heyday.
The sun came out! Here is the duomo which was closed at the time.
We walked to a nearby park.
The Duomo.... there was restoration hence the netting over the roof... :(
