We popped into Poppies Tearoom for our afternoon snack! Apparently it has won the best tearoom in Essex award two years running. I ordered apple juice which sounded like a local or specialist variety but was just Coppella which was a little disappointing, however the cake (double ginger with clotted cream and luscious lemon) was pretty good.
Nice eh.............
