Snowshill

 I had 5 nights in Hay on Wye booked for Sunday. I was then contacted by an Australian facebook friend and he was coming to England with Ellivia the Australian Elephant who I found when she got lost. As they would be in the Cotswolds today I booked 2 nights in my regular haunt! On Wednesday the place at Hay informed me they were not serving food certain evenings so I cancelled. Luckily I was able to get 2 more night in the Cotswolds! Hey and ho. I am back again for a week next month LOLOL

So off to Snowshill. I didn't get tickets for the house as I went in recently. I had a scone ;) and walked around the garden and read in the sun!

busy doing nothing

I have been a bit quiet lately the heat over the past week hasn't helped but normal service will resume at the weekend :)

I really dislike the heat! 

Anyhow! Birds have been very light of late and to be honest although I am walking quite a bit I've not been going out in the country (something I ought to change). Alas 2 of my ponds are light of birds as they are being fished a lot more. Covid had stopped this I guess.

Been a good year for Jersey Tiger Moths

A few weeks ago I had lunch at Matching Green..... a typical English scene! 

I've seen a Painted Lady or two on the estate. 

The ponies and foals are doing well

There are a few new ponies on the common.
