Argh left phone at home again!!
Apparently the NHS has some advice for those of us struggling to schedule a fitness routine into our daily lives - a workout between the sheets.
According to the NHS Direct website, "sexercise" can lower the risk of heart attacks and helps people live longer. Endorphins released during orgasm stimulate immune system cells, which also helps target illnesses like cancer, as well as wrinkles, it states.
Sexual health experts said such claims could not be scientifically proven - stuff that it sounds a dam sight more fun than a flipping exercise bike
Apparently sex burns off 300 calories an hour and gives every muscle group a work out.
Now that is some health advice I would consider taking.

So long as it doesn't add too much to the current weight of the population... and I wasn't talking about obesity. :-).
That's why I have so many wrinkles.
I'll stick to the exercise bike I think, less hassle.
Yeah but, it becomes a problem when you're in the position of needing to exercise to improve your fitness, but you are far too tired to even make a start. You have to have an early night to actually sleep!! Anyway, I'll get Keith onto it straight away!!
I heard something on the radio the other morning about chairobics (for those who don't like to, or can't, jump about too much) - this could be called bedrobe-ics!
Oh Jan! I hadn't realized how I got my wrinkles!
