A Festival of Swans

So its homeward bound.

I had promised Trish a Tree Sparrow and so a Tree Sparrow we had to find we headed to the RSPB Ouse Washes reserve at Manea. Not that difficult really.

And so on to the WWT reserve at Welney. And lots of Whooper Swans with the odd Mute. (There were a few Bewick's but they were too distant, I may go back when the morning Swan feeding starts).

Oh, Pete! I don't get to see swans...only once last year. I've had my swan fix now. Thank you!

Love those paddle feet, in flight.

YOU are a fantastic camera operator. I'd like to hear your commentary with your accent.

Wonderful!

I loved the sparrow pictures. I don't see enough sparrows in my garden... especially Tree Sparrow. Really great shots, thanks for that! Jane

Great pictures of the swans. What big feet they have, lol. I do like the rat, so cute.

Thank you for the owls and swans - absolutely beautiful. I've never seen such a large flock... great action sequences. ~ Deb
