St Mary's, Little Easton

We went out for a ride this morning, it was a touch warmer than yesterday.

 I stopped at St Mary's, Little Easton.

It is another of the five parishes along with Tilty and Chickney. It has a fine collection of wall paintings, monuments and brasses.

Not a great picture but it shows some colour still on the brass.

I've decamped to dad's for Christmas.

After the blue skies of yesterday it is grey and dull. oh and it was a bit chilly!

We're having dinner tonight so went for a ride so as not to be shut in all day.

First stop Finchingfield.

They breed them tough in Finchingfield there was a woman walking the dog in her shorts! and another two were drinking a coffee on their patio!!!

There was a service in Thaxted church..... the heating was on.
