Apologies for the lack of posts. I have done things but there weren't many photos. I haven't taken my camera on walks.
There are Siskins about and I have seen a flock of Redpoll.
I want to change the lack of posts but a look at the weather forecast might delay it a bit !
I was out with friends for lunch yesterday which was nice.
I've been for a New year's walk this morning as has this chap

Happy New Year Pete. Glad you had a good lunch yesterday with friends. Redpoll and Siskins are nice sightings. Sometimes we get both species in the garden here as we have a lot of silver birches and they love the seeds. Hope you can get out soon - weather seems to be either wet or very cold at the moment!
It is freezing here!! The ponds are solid.
Today has been SO cold here as well. Were going to the Snowman Trail at Baddesley but weather put us off plus according to their FB page car park is full at about 11.30 am each day! So would probably have had wasted journey even if we had made the effort!
