I haven't seen any winter visitors yet. There are same big flocks of goldfinch about.
The white duck is still about. I don't see him every day but when I think he's gone he reappears. I've started htk see Common Gulls again. Another seasonal sign were 14 Canada Geese.
After breeding season the Coots have left the New Hall pond.
Most of the foals have left the common. There are still 2 and they may be there all winter now.
I did see a Red Admiral this week and a bee. I suspect the butterfly might be my last.
