The last visit of the year to Audley End
I awoke to a thick frost and fog! So you will understand that I didn't jump out of bed with enthusiasm this morning. When I did drag myself out bed I elected to go to Audley End as it was local.
The view of Audley is amazing perhaps not this morning though!
Anyway it was bitterly cold and the fog wasn't clearing so I headed home!!
Now of course the sun is out!

My goodness that was really thick fog. Makes it all look very eerie ... frosted seed heads look pretty though ...
