Audley End again

Well I want to go out but given the weather this afternoon I decided to stay local so went to Audley.

There were over 200 Canada Geese but I was pleased to find 14 Barnacle Geese amongst them.

The Bothy which is where the unmarried under gardeners lived. Not the most luxurious of conditions but for the 18th century fairly good I imagine.

As it was raining home for coffee!!
