St Michael's Mount and Godrevy

I was out with my friends Jan and Tony today and it was nice not to drive for a change this week!!

We went to St Michael's Mount. It is a small island off of Marazion. There has been habitation there for over 3000 years but is perhaps most notable for the priory .....

We got the boat over

Mr Quacks enjoying the view....

Jan with the light behind her! :(

a bit on the high side

The catering wasn't NT and the scones looked bought in.... so I had a crab sarnie... well......

So what is Jan dreaming of? Methinks WINE!!

By the time we headed back the tide was out so walked back

So why was Jan so keen on going to Godrevy??

There are seals down there!! certainly one far right!

Apparently this is Jan's favourite place and so Mr Quacks had to have his pic there!

thanks to Jan and Tony for a lovely day.
