Given the forecast we didn't rush so only a few street pictures.....
The concert was Gemma Rosefield (Cello) and Tim Horton (Piano) playing
Beethoven - Cello Sonata in F Op 5 No 1
Dvorak - Kild (Silent Woods) Op 68 No 5
Richard Strauss Cello Sonata in F Op 6
The playing was exemplary and what was nice is that there was obviously a good rapport between the two (I've subsequently found they play together in the Leonore Trio). I particularly liked the Dvorak.
There was an encore Richard Strauss's song Die Nacht adapted for Cello and Piano.
