Schloss Schonbrunn - a taster

And so to the Schonbrunn Palace.

This meant doing battle with Vienna's train/tube system which was rather easy.

The palace is an amazing building but it feels more like a museum than a home..... the gardens are extensive and a nice mix of habitat. LOADS of Red Squirrels some of them black. Woodpeckers were seen rather well and irritatingly turned out to be a Great Spotted and a Green I was hoping otherwise.....
