What shall we talk about today then? It snowed yesterday, I should add not here but in the UK. It was by all accounts a very heavy fall. You can see some photos here.
I suspect that at this point OC is rolling around on the floor killing herself with laughter but it gets worse. Up to 4000 properties in Shropshire are with out electricity, roads were treacherous and a few schools were closed due to heating problems. I do hope we don't have a bad winter, the country would grind a halt. We're a flipping laughing stock!!

Just can't contain myself, have to let it out....here goes...ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Oh but are you waiting for the wrong sort of leaves to close the railways :-)
Pete, I've lived with blizzards and deep freezes all my life and don't miss the digging out and all of the hassle that goes with it. Now that I'm living in a snowless region (so far), I miss the flakes. The beauty of a snowfall is something to behold, however, I'm glad we sold our snowblower before moving farther south.
OC - how did I know :D
Hey Chris thanks for dropping by. The best one was when cars got stuck on the M11 for 13 hours+. I live 0.5 miles from the M11 and we had all of an inch of snow AND it was forecast all week.
Mary - I like snow as long as I don't have to drive in it! This country is just not set up to cope with it.
