Audley End

Today it was Audley End. My first stop was for a sausage bap and a coffee.

There were few ducklings about 

AW Tufted Ducklings!  They breed later than Mallards.

The garden buildings are open for the first time! 

The fruit is growing.

the garden is looking nice. Still not many butterflies but lots of bees.

Melford Hall

I was off to Melford Hall today, this doesn't open until 12 so I decided to leave early and have brunch at Lavenham Guildhall.

So Melford Hall. Oh is it nice to see that sun! 

Last time I was here this was empty. I love this planting
