Amwell

When I awoke this morning the sun was shining so I wandered down to Amwell. 

There were reports of Goosander and Goldeneye but alas I didn't see any

A snipe catching some sun.

Having a scratch.

A few seconds earlier a Kingfisher zipped across here.

I came across a tit flock and a goldfinch flock obviously I was hoping for Siskin and Redpoll but had to settle for Long-Tailed Tit

A good stroll. 

After lunch I went for a walk. More Meadow pipits! and a Fieldfare.
