Isn't this Fred Goodwin's sandstone Victorian house in one of Edinburgh's upscale suburbs. Hey, Fred doesn't have a teen age son. Maybe Fred did it himself?
Oh My Gosh. If that thing has been up there for a whole year, it's REALLY going to take some scrubbing to get it off! LOL
