A surprise trip
As I had worked to 9pm recently I left early today. I popped into get my haircut and as I had time on my hands I went down to Amwell.
Lots of Bumbles about and Chiffchaffs singing, I also saw my first Sand Martin of the year. Other birds seen included Little Egrets, Grey Herons and Redshanks.
