Christmas Tag

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? - Not bothered

2. Real tree or artificial? - Artificial, don't have all of those needles.

3. When do you put up the tree? - If you remember its a small (8 inches at best) plastic one

4. When do you take the tree down? - when I feel like it.

5. Do you like eggnog? - No

6. Favorite gift received as a child? - Uhm honestly don't have one

7. Do you have a Nativity scene? - No

8. Hardest person to buy for? - Me, "Pete stop buying books and cds etc at Christmas"

9. Easiest person to buy for? - Shane the Dog !!

10. Worst Christmas Gift you ever received? - An aunt who always knitted me a jumper or gave socks

11. Mail or email Christmas cards? - Mail

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? - White Christmas, I always shed a tear when the General finds all the troops come to see me and is led out to find its snowing. Its a Wonderful life is rather good as well.

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? - December

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? - No

15. Favorite thing to eat/drink at Christmas? - Christmas Dinner!! and Sausage Rolls

16. Clear lights or coloured on the tree? - neither

17. Favorite Christmas song? - White Christmas

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? - stay at home

19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer? - Nope

20. Angel on the tree top or a Star?- The little plastic one has a star.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or Christmas morning? - When I was a kid it was Christmas morning, nowadays it s Christmas Eve

    It simply has to be real. Prefeably a Norwegian Blue. It wouldn't be Christmas without the smell.

    That being said, I'm not bothering with anything this year as there's nowhere to sit and appreciate it.

    And I have a rather nice Playmobil Christmas scene

  4. I was just saying to Kate Blogs that I was looking at a photo of two little girls in the 50s who had such a small Christmas tree that it probably took them 10 minutes to decorate. Yours, on the other hand... 10 seconds? :-).

  6. We always had a real tree, until i married. it's been a good imitation one since. The old glass baubles and decorations were retired with the tree,some dated back to the 1920's, i miss these as itwas always part of christmas for me. Oh and an angel on top, although the original one is retired also.
