Frustrating day but ultimately successful

Trish is up for a concert tomorrow and neither of us could make up our mind what to do. As it was meant to be sunny we went to London to go to Hyde Park.

I had left my tablets at home, it was cloudy and then it started to rain and we thought blow this and returned I took just a few pictures.








As we approached Epping Tube station I was surfing on the phone (shut up Trish!) and saw a tweet about Waxwings in Cheshunt! So off we went..... alas I hadn't got the dSLR so.....

    Well done on the Waxwing sighting - although have to admit to feeling a tad envious!! :) Great pics - ps didn't realise you still had a dslr I thought you had sold it?

    Weather here dire too yesterday and even worse today! :(
