C, even though it's a larger image size, is still exhibiting the jagged edges on the drainpipe, although not as much as A.<br /><br />What I normally do for the blog (previously in Photoshop, but now will be in Elements 9) is first to reduce the resolution to 72ppi, then alter the image dimensions to 800 pixels on the longest side.
