Guernsey day 4 - tasters

The forecast was poor so we got the bus into St Peter Port and went for a look around Castle Cornet. The castle was built in the first half of the 13th century as an island castle - today it is joined to the mainland. The castle contains a number of different museums.

We wandered into town to meet Julie the carer of Airsearch Ted the mascot of the Channel islands Airsearch team and twitter friend of Mr Quacks

A wander around town

We headed back to the hotel and had a late lunch of Guernsey gache and then visited the local church which has the Gran mere Dr Chimquiere a pagan goddess.
