And where did it go?

We woke to incredibly heaven rain and thunder and lightening. The forecast was bad so I packed the Fuji away and slipped the Panny with pancake zoom in the jacket pocket, and guess what no rain!

Not sure what this church is. I think Il Gesu

Campo de Fiore

Rome is the home of the Smart Car

We wandered into a cafe for a drink

Hungry Trish?

The Piazza Navona - less people this morning!

The church of San Luigi dei francesi. It has 3 Caravaggio's!!

The Pantheon

Saint Andrea della Valle

Apparently this is the setting for the first act of Tosca

You walk along and suddenly....

We went to the top of the Victor Emanuelle monument

The last Roman!

We must have walked a minimum of 5 miles per day so rather than walk to the Termini and get a bus to the airport we got a taxi at a cost of 15 euros each.

Fabulous break and thank to Trish for a fabo time.
