Lavenham

I have a house guest for the weekend, my friend Jan from cornwall so we went out for the day. I took her to Lavenham (and yes I know you've seen it ssssoooo many times!) Jan hasn't been there in ages.

We had brunch at Sweetmeats tea room which had rave reviews on Tripadvisor.

I asked for toasted teacake and got clotted cream and home made jam, it was lovely.

We went into the guildhall....

nice day with good company.

Never had clotted cream on toasted teacakes before, most strange! Some nice images - need to go there again sometime.
