Wimpole Hall

I wasn't sure what to do today. I left home in sunshine but going up the M11 it was cloudy.

I decided to go to Wimpole Hall, a National Trust property in Cambridge.

Wimpole is the home of the MyFarm project I mentioned a while back. Some interesting beasties in the park.

Note the blue star line label on the Luis Vitton luggage. Different world eh!

The walled garden was looking lovely!

Looks a lovely place. I like the corn dollies! Beautiful gardens and another interesting looking church.

Those parterre hedges look like they've been trimmed with nail scissors.

I remember the "humpty" from a previous visit?

Think I need to add this to my "must visit" list...

What a wonderful house. Those ceilings are amazing and the bedrooms, especially the first one, oh my. Love the humpty. I got a chuckle out of it. The corn dolls are great. What a wonderful display for the harvest. The animals are beautiful.
