A stop off at Stourhead

So that's the final holiday of 2010 gone. Where did they all go?

Anyway the sun was shining and Stourhead was on the way back so lets have a final stroll.

There have been lots of Admirals so centre stage to the comma butterfly.

The lake had lots of Canada Geese, Mallards, some swans a few tufties, coots, moorhens and 4 Great Crested Grebe. A Buzzard went over, a Goldcrest was a nice find.

This migrant Hawker is the last pic of the holiday!

I now have to plan for 2011. A few ideas are in the air.

Stourhead is on my list of "Must Visit Places" so its lovely to see your beautiful photos. The dragonfly pictures are great. Sounds as though you both had a great time.
