Snapping in London

Not a bad commute today. Left the house at 7:10 got the bus within a few minutes and the train was waiting for me and I was Liverpool Street at 8:05. Coming back I got the 16:25 Stansted Express and the bus was there at the station and I was in at 5:15!

i've told to say the photos benefit from enlarging.

The Gherkin! A really good modern building!

St Ehelburga's church. It survived the Great Fire but was devasted by the IRA Bishopsgate bomb of 1993 and was rebuilt and reopened in 2002 as a peace and reconcilliation centre.

Some really interesting and great shots there Pete. Just goes to demonstrate the incredible mixture of old and new buildings in London. The Gherkin is fascinating isn't it.

Your present really is very impressive! :D
