Morning Serenade

I've noticed this week that the birds are a bit noisier this week.

For instance all week a Robin has serenaded me as I've left for work. He sits in a small tree at the end of my front garden, which is directly under a street light, and sings his beautiful lilting song.

As I got dressed this morning I could hear him, but as I went out of the front door he wasn't on his regular perch. Just as I was getting in the car to drive off he flew to his perch and gave me a rousing send off!

Highlight of the day!

Lovely video, it certainly is a wonderful song to hear!

I'm so bad at recognising songs, especially warbling songs like this... Oh well.
